Having worked in customer service based industries for over 15 years and living in the area for over 20 years she has a thorough knowledge of the entire area. Katie will go the extra mile to meet customer’s requests with a happy smile.
Emma Thomas Hospitality Booking Officer
Emma provides all who call or visit Woolgoolga Accommodation a warm welcome. She balances her friendly, outgoing nature with a professional approach to customer service. As well as having considerable experience in reception, customer service and Hospitality roles, Emma has also gained a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate. A valuable member of the Woolgoolga Accommodation team, Emma not only manages a busy switchboard but also assists with numerous other office duties. She enjoys the customer contact afforded by her role and loves being part of a close-knit working environment.
