Gemma Buckler - Property Manager – Raised in the Woolgoolga area, Gemma prides herself in building lasting relationships with clients and a determination to satisfy the needs of property owners, their guests and tenants. She has been with Cardow & Partners team since 2013, completing her Certificate III in Business Administration. Known for her excellent communication skills and strong work ethic, resolving issues quickly and providing an exceptional level of service at all times is of upmost importance.

Vicki Lee - Property Manager – Dedicated, professional and highly organised, Vicki has worked within the local real estate industry for 10 years. An expert in property management, Vicki ensures clients receive the best possible return on their investment whether it a beachside holiday house or acreage for permanent rental. Customer satisfaction is of upmost priority to Vicki and she prides herself in offering a positive experience for all holiday guests.

Bianca McNeill - Property Officer/ Reception – Working in Holiday Accommodation and Permanent Property Management, Gemma is your first point of call at Cardow & Partners Woolgoolga. Joining the team in 2014, Bianca attended Woolgoolga High School and is currently completing her Certificate III in Business Administration adding to her professional skills and abilities. Striving to maintain a helpful and friendly approach towards all clients, she welcomes the opportunity to assist with any holiday enquiries you may have. 

Melissa Schothorst - Property Officer – An essential part of the Cardow & Partners Holiday and Permanent Property Management team. Having just begun working within Real Estate Melissa is a keen learner and full of fresh ideas regarding Holiday Accommodation. Dealing with guests on a daily basis, Melissa is the first point of call for guests and their families while enjoying the beautiful Woolgoolga region.
