Located on the protected side of Woolgoolga’s beautiful whale watch headland, this prestige property offers uninterrupted ocean, island and beach views sweeping west to Woolgoolga beach, north to Wooli and east across the sparkling ocean to the Solitary Islands.
The front deck is the ideal location to sit back and soak in the breathtaking vista, however you can even enjoy picture perfect views from the main bedroom and living room downstairs, with expansive windows framing the stunning ocean outlook.
The property itself has only just been built and offers polished wooden floorboards, ducted air-conditioning, Apple TV, Wifi, Netflix and various streaming services are available as well as a beautifully appointed kitchen, luxury bathrooms and three stylish and functional bedrooms.
The property consists of three bedrooms, two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. There is also a double fold-out sofa bed at the property, located in the lounge room, which can be used as a fourth bed.
As well as the front deck looking out across the ocean, there is also a back courtyard and carport space for two cars at the side of the house.
If you’d like to venture out it’s just a two minute walk to Woolgoolga’s main beach (patrolled during holiday periods), and a little further to a variety of cafes and restaurants for all tastes, boutique shopping, beach-side markets of a weekend and large grocery store, or you can take the headland track at the doorstep of the property around to back beach for surfing, fishing, sunbathing or just to enjoy the views.
