Verandah Sunrise is a beachside beauty & the ideal property for the whole family including the pets to getaway; located only moments away from the Mullaway general store, Mullaway Beach & Arrawarra Headland.

Spread across two stories & a granny flat there is plenty of space for the family. The ground floor provides two bedrooms, one with a queen bed & the other with a set of single bunks. You will also find a large bathroom & laundry on the lower level.
Timber stairs lead up to the heart of the home where you will find two bedrooms, open plan living dining & kitchen. The main bedroom offers a king-sized bed with an ensuite & separate toilet along with access onto the deck. The second bedroom offers a single bed. The lounge & dining area extends out onto the wraparound deck, the perfect place to relax and unwind and enjoy the ocean glimpses and sea breezes.

Off the large covered outdoor patio, you will find a granny flat which offers a queen bed, bathroom & kitchenette. The perfect teenagers retreat or even grandparents retreat for your family getaway. There is ample space for outdoor activities on the large grassed areas in both the front & backyards.
